My wife's Pixel 2 stopped connecting to the internet through our home wifi. Our home wifi has two devices, providing dual-band signals. One is our cable modem, provided by Spectrum. It is an Arris device the provides digital phone wifi and 4 other LAN ports. The other device is an ASUS RT-AC66U connected to the ARRIS via LAN. My other laptop is the Dell Inspiron 1545. It connects to my home network, but says unknown network and no internet access. I've tried by both wifi and ethernet cable. The IP is set to auto detect, I've reset the router, reinstalled the drivers for the wifi adapter, no success. Any ideas?-Taylor

Sometimes a loose cable is all it takes to lose internet access. Ensure the cable for your modem or router is connected securely to the port on your wall.
