windows 7 using too much ram and processor since upgrade. i use an alienware m17x laptop and with vista i could run many programs at the same time without even hitting 70% ram or processor usage.. now since windows 7 from start my comp says its using 2.3-3 out of 6 gigs of memory and 50-60% processing power. i cant even plug in my ipod without having to manually turn my comp off due to its frequent frezzing. half the programs i use lag and shoot usage to 100% plz help.
